Information about the L&H Publishing Co. on-line store
Terms of sale and delivery
Delivery:L&H Publishing Co./Gyldendal makes an effort to process orders as quickly as possible, and orders to be delivered in Denmark can normally be expected within 2-3 days after you have submitted an on-line order. For delivery to other countries please allow up to 10 days for shipment arrival, depending on the destination of the delivery.
Shipping charges can be viewed at all times in the shopping cart. The charges stated do, however, only apply to orders to Denmark - for orders to other countries shipping will be adjusted when you check out. But you will always be able to see the actual shipping charges before submitting your order.
Price and payment:
Prices stated on our product pages are in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT** and shipping charges. When you check out of the shopping cart section of the on-line store, you will, however, be able to select the appropriate VAT option and see a full breakdown of the total price.

Cool-down period:
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen days from the date of delivery.
To cancel your purchase within the cool-down period, the item must be unopened (with any bag and shrink-wrap intact), and L&H Publishing Co./Gyldendal will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The return of opened items can only be accepted if they are defective.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and state the reason for the return. You must document that you have purchased the item with L&H by enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please note also that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Complaints:
If the products delivered are defective or have been damaged during the transportation, you may make a complaint, and we will, if necessary, deliver a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement delivery is not possible, L&H Publishing Co./Gyldendal will make a full refund to the customer.

Shopping in the on-line store
Using our on-line store is safe and simple.Order forms:
In the homepage section 'Ordering' you will find order forms covering various product groups: Here you will find our range of products, and simply add dictionary titles to your shopping cart by clicking the [Buy] button.
When this button is clicked, the contents of your shopping cart will be updated and shown. You can also review the shopping cart by clicking the cart icon found on the order form pages:
The shopping cart:
At any time you can modify the quantity of items placed in your shopping cart. You do this by typing the appropriate number in the field QUANTITY. By typing 0 (zero) you will delete the item (deletion can also be done by clicking the item's Remove link).
You update your shopping cart contents by clicking the button [Update contents].
The black buttons below the form provide the following options:
- returns you to the page that you left when
entering the shopping cart (if your browser does not support JavaScript, you will not see this button but a line of text instead).
- see below.
- brings you to the L&H homepage.
- links to this page.
When you have collected the items that you need and are ready to submit your order, then click the button "Check out now". This button is located below your shopping cart form.
On the following page you will be asked to supply us with order information (VAT option, name, address, e-mail etc.) that we need in order to process your order and to contact you in cases of doubt. It is therefore of great importance that you fill in all details correctly. When the form has been completed, press the button [Proceed to the next step].
If you are approved for making a purchase on account, the dictionaries will be sent to you with an enclosed invoice for subsequent payment.
If a new account has to be opened, the order is subject to approval with L&H Publishing Co./Gyldendal.
If necessary you will be contacted by our sales team.
Finally you will be shown the final order confirmation page listing the details of your order and on-line payment. We recommend that you print this page for personal reference.
Details of your purchase will also be sent to the email address entered when you checked out of the on-line store.
